By using the MarinerMind mobile application or web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our maritime safety reporting platform.

Service Description
- MarinerMind is a maritime safety reporting platform (crew mobile app + shore-side web dashboard)
- Enables maritime professionals to submit safety reports and observations
- Provides safety reminder notifications and compliance tracking
- Supports multi-ship, multi-fleet safety management and reporting
User Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be employed in or associated with maritime operations
- Shore-side dashboard access (Safety Officer, Fleet Manager, Administrator) requires an invitation from your organization
Acceptable Use
- Submit legitimate safety observations and interventions
- Use platform features for maritime safety purposes
- Manage reports, vessels, and fleets in good faith on behalf of your organization
Prohibited Activities
- Submit fraudulent or misleading safety information
- Use the platform for non-safety or non-maritime purposes
- Excessive or automated report submissions
- Attempt to identify or deanonymize a crew member who submitted a report
- Harassment or intimidation of other users
Data Security
- All data encrypted during transmission and storage
- Access limited to authorized personnel via role-based access control
